1 Challenge

TSM was founded in 1990 by Ing. Irena Spirová. The first courses were run out of a living room, and applications came by mail. Over thirty-five years it grew into an accredited institution (Czech Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labour, ISO 9001) with hundreds of sessions a year in Brno, Prague, Olomouc, Ostrava, and online.

In 2025 the founder's daughter, lawyer Irena Valíčková, took over management and launched a comprehensive modernization. A catalog with dozens of dates for each course, 300 trainers, invoices for public authorities, and VAT-exempt accredited courses, no spreadsheet could keep up with that anymore.

2 Solution with INFLU:ON

The agency now runs on its own ERP, home to courses, session dates, trainers, participants, and certificates. The online store at tsmkurzy.cz pulls live from it, so a participant picks a date, pays by card online or gets an invoice, and the system remembers it all.

3 Result

Operations run on application hosting, so the company doesn't have to deal with servers, and internal processes match how TSM actually works, not what an off-the-shelf software package could do.

The new training center in Brno, opened in January 2026, launched straight onto the new infrastructure. The modernization brought by the second generation now rests on a system that grows together with the agency.
