A Project = your profile (not your account). Within your account, you can create unlimited projects — for example, one focused on education and another on entertainment. Each has its own community and products. You can switch between projects in the admin panel.

Yes. Creators can grant agencies limited rights to manage their accounts. For larger agencies, we recommend the Enterprise plan.

AI infrastructure is the complete foundation your artificial intelligence needs to actually do things for you, not just give advice. It consists of an ERP, a dedicated MCP server, hosting, marketing, and payments. Through the MCP server (an open standard), Claude, ChatGPT, or any other AI can connect to it and work directly with your INFLU:ON data: issue an invoice, read a report, add a client. No manual clicking, no exports. You just talk to your AI.
Connecting takes just a minute. Follow the steps for your AI:
Claude: Open Settings → Connectors, click Add, then Add custom connector. Enter a name (e.g. INFLU:ON) and, in the URL field, enter https://mcp.influon.cz. Confirm, and Claude connects directly to your INFLU:ON.
ChatGPT: Go to Customize → Plugins, click Browse plugins, then the + icon, enter a name and the same URL https://mcp.influon.cz, and click Connect.
Custom app or CLI: In your account, open Menu → MCP, copy your key, and paste it into your client configuration. The URL takes the form https://app.influon.cz/m/YOUR-KEY. Treat this key like a password.

MCP uses OAuth and limited-scope access tokens — the AI only sees the data you authorize it to access. All communication is encrypted over HTTPS. You give explicit consent for every action (issuing an invoice, deleting a contact).
When your AI builds an app, a sales page, or an agent, it needs to run continuously somewhere, not just while you're sitting at your computer. An application needs a database, a domain, an SSL certificate, and computing power. INFLU:ON provides this infrastructure, so you don't have to worry about servers, updates, or deployment. Everything runs right away, and your AI has access to it through MCP.
Both emails and SMS are sent through INFLU:ON's infrastructure, not from your personal inbox. This includes a dedicated SMTP server, so emails land in the inbox, not spam. The AI pulls the segment from your CRM itself and sends the campaign or notification. You have full visibility into what was sent and to whom, and sending can be restricted.
Yes. For actions that change something, such as issuing an invoice, sending a campaign, or deleting a contact, your intent is confirmed. Access is authorized through your account, and the agent only sees data it's entitled to. In the agent management environment, you can also see a history of runs and stop any agent instantly.
For each agent, you can see how much it consumes and how it's being used, so you can tell which ones are worth it and which aren't. You can set limits so no agent runs away with costs.
Yes. Both data and running applications are backed up regularly, with snapshots taken along the way. If something breaks, you roll back to that specific point in time, not a whole week. Backups are stored outside the main storage.

Yes. The creator sets the price themselves — no minimum or maximum limit.

Your account can be blocked for 2 reasons: violating the terms, or unpaid fees. To have it unblocked, pay the outstanding invoice, or remove the offending content and request a review.
Yes. Customers receive an invoice in your name, so you need a business licence before you start selling.
The system automatically issues documents in the creator's name. You'll find them under Accounting → Orders and invoices. You can set up automatic sending to your accountant.
